Note: Some casings or door jams are under load bearing walls - some are not.  The transfer beams/headers supports the load. The king studs and crips supporting the transfer headers are sometimes rotted out at the bottom along with the sill plate and flooring, and cannot fully support the bearing load, thus sagging.  This would take some efforts and planning to correct, but it can be done.
